What I do

From an idea to a working product

I step in when product logic, interface design, and technology need to work as one system.

Product & UX

I clarify user flows, structure, and priorities, then design an interface that makes the primary task easy to complete.

AI & automation

I identify where AI can create measurable value and turn that opportunity into a practical workflow or product capability.

Launch & iteration

I help move from concept and prototype to implementation, feedback, and the next release.

I work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business

I am a product designer, developer, and entrepreneur. Over 10+ years in IT, I have worked across interfaces, software development, and team management; for the last 3+ years, my focus has included AI/ML. I care about products that remove routine work, make complexity understandable, and give people more control.

How I work

  1. 01UnderstandI define the user's task and the criteria for a successful outcome.
  2. 02BuildI connect the user flow, the interface, and the technical constraints.
  3. 03ValidateI test the solution against real content and real feedback.

Featured project

kapustin.ai

Autopilot your business with a team of AI agents: sales, support, and back office running 24/7. Not a single chatbot but a team of agents with roles — manager, researcher, designer, lawyer — plus the methodology to put them to work.

  • A team of agents, not one assistant
  • Sales, support, and back office 24/7
  • Delivered with a methodology, not a one-off setup
