Payment
The price is RUB 10,000. Full prepayment is due after the date is agreed and before the consultation starts. An electronic receipt is sent to the contact details provided during payment.

Delivery
The consultation is delivered remotely by video call at the agreed date and time. The meeting link is sent in advance. The service is considered delivered after the 60-minute call and the concise summary is sent within 2 business days.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, a new time is agreed individually.

Contract acceptance
By paying for the consultation, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the service description, price, service terms, and refund rules on this page.
Payment and payment security
T‑PayMIR, Visa, and Mastercard cards issued by Russian banks, as well as T‑Pay, are accepted. Payment is processed on T‑Bank's secure payment page.
The connection is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Card details are entered on the bank's side: dmitriikapustin.com does not receive or store card numbers, expiry dates, or CVC/CVV codes.

- You may cancel before the consultation begins. The paid amount is refunded less only the contractor's actual, documented expenses, if any were incurred.
- To cancel and request a refund, email dmitriikapustin@ya.ru with your name, payment date, and contact details. The request is reviewed and the refund is issued within 10 calendar days to the original payment method.
- After the consultation has been delivered in full, refunds are available where required by Russian law. Quality claims may be sent to the contractor's email address.
Information security policy
- Only the data required for booking, payment, service delivery, and refunds is collected. Access is limited to the contractor and engaged service providers to the extent required for their functions.
- The website uses HTTPS/TLS. Payment details are processed by T‑Bank on its secure page; the contractor does not receive or store full bank card details.
- Suspected unauthorized access or another security incident may be reported to dmitriikapustin@ya.ru. The contractor reviews the report and takes steps to limit its impact.
Privacy and personal data policy
- The personal data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Vladimirovich Kapustin. Names and contact details are used only for booking, communication, contract performance, receipts, and refunds.
- Data is shared with T‑Bank, the video-call service, and the messenger selected by the customer only to the extent required for payment and service delivery. These services apply their own privacy policies.
- Data is retained for the service period and the mandatory document-retention period under Russian law. Requests for correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent may be sent to dmitriikapustin@ya.ru.
